05-07 f350 D60 with coil springs for E350?

Hello people.

After burn testing my new cummins rebuild towing 15k 2500 miles through the rockies, I'm confident the engine is worthy for the 4x4 conversion. Iv got a 98 cummins 4x4 5 spd parts truck, and a 88 ford kingpin front axle. But after returning from colorado, I'm wondering if a leaf spring suspension is the right choice for the wash boarded rippled roads I find myself on mainly.

So my question is about the 05-07 coil sprung f350 dana 60.. I know Clydesdale 4wd Van Conversions installs them into 1995 E350's. But Id like to find more details or a build thread to know the extent of the install..

Thanks!

QuadVan has a new video up showing a new 2016 Starcraft bus, on their Facebook page. You can see the setup pretty well in the vid.

Thanks. I'm surfing around the site but dont see it though.. Have a link?

From what I'm learning. Colorado camper van offers a kit. Clydesdale and QuadVan only install them..
Anyone else use or offer a kit for the 05-07 super 60 coil axle ?

Thanks..

I'm surprised no one mentioned another company in the development stage of their 05-07 axle install kit.

If I didn't have a kingpin axle already I would go that route..

Hey rebar. You could contact Craig at Whitefeather. Salem-Kroger put a 2007 F350/F250 Dana 60 coil axle 4" lift on my van in 2007. Except for working out the Death Wobble, it's ok. But very little travel to the bump stop. Maybe 2.5". I would prefer Agile Offroad's Dana 50 TTB axle. Go to agileoffroad.com and watch the videos and you will see why.

How can Death Wobble's be OK?

I need a kit, because I cant justify a installed price on a old 1995.

I'd love to have Agile's TTB, but again, cant justify the price.. Plus, I need a project that keeps me out of the bars.

That's ok I appreciate the link.

I just found the suspension for my kingpin, so I guess the parts are leading me that direction.
