It is one of UJOR conversion, I remember following his build last year. I have to agree with Zeta though, seems like a bad bearing (or...) and they tried to limp it to a safe place instead of fixing the issue right away. That's quite the carnage though!
What puzzles me is that they left the generator, chairs & table, wheels all out. I know if it was me I would have locked everything inside, just too tempting for the opportunist...
