Not only is the size not going to fit but the lug pattern is wrong.
Later model Quigley's used the 2005 on up Ford F250/350 Dana 60. It is 8 lug on 170mm and your van was 8 on 6.5in. The 2005 axle needs at least a 17" wheel to clear the brakes.
You must also have a rear wheel adapter/spacer to convert the rear lug pattern.
