There are many cheaper options than UJOR. Full conversions can be done for about half that by Agile or CCV, and there are DIY options that are cheaper as well..

They have also done several for EU export, with full TUV compliance before shipping. They had one going to Germany the last time I visited. I'd be wary of other conversions being able to pass inspection.
