I didn't see kitchen sink...

That is quite the SMB!

It does have a picture of the sink, I can not see any mention of propane, furnace or a water heater.

No mention of them and no evidence of them from the outside. You should be able to see the exterior access/vents for all three and I do not.

Sweet looking rig, that's for sure. The most important question you have to ask yourself, is if the configuration is right for you? I would say it's promising for a driver and one passenger, but no mor than that.

Personally for me, I don't like the fact that the passenger side cabinets and counter appear to block the secondary part of the passenger side barn door. I think that takes away a lot from the 'door wide open to the outdoors' appeal of a Sportsmobile.

Great looking van with a top quality build! That being said, $120k would be much to high for me to spend on a used V10 SMB. It's still 3 years old with 30k miles.. I would think you could do a similar brand new build for under 100k.

Thanks Herb for pointing that out about the cabinet covering the door area, not ideal and for that kind of money for a used van I would be looking for ideal.

I wish there was a clearer picture just to be sure, but that's sure what it looks like. Then again, maybe that's why there's not a clear picture of that.....

Re: 2012 E350 at Sportmobile Texas

What is it about this particular rig that you like about it? Are you more interested in a newer model rig or is the layout what drew you to it?
