*** NOT MINE / NO AFFILIATION ***
This low-miles 2001 EB PH just popped up (pun intended
) on the "Sportsmobile Owners" Facebook page.
Looks very clean/new in pictures, and to have a great maintenance history. Love these "30" layouts for their front-to-rear access.
Located in Wenatchee, Washington State.

2001 Sportmobile pop-top camper van - $18900 (east wenatchee)

Yeah, we were looking at Eurovan campers too. But we found they were way too expensive and not very spacious. So we were delighted to have stumbled on this immaculate 2001 Sportsmobile conversion of a Ford E-250 van.
It's the best combination of versatility, camping comfort and great gas mileage we could conceive. With the poptop "penthouse," it sleeps four small people or two large adults and a kid with ease. Has freshwater and graywater tanks, propane stove, fridge, microwave, porta-pottie (never used). Only 79k miles on the odometer, so it's just getting broken in, and the interior and exterior are in near-perfect shape.
Previous owner kept meticulous records, which include the original Sportsmobile manual and booklets on nearly all the cabin's accouterments.
On a trip through Yellowstone a couple of years ago, we averaged 18 MPG on the nose (though I do drive 55 most of the time). Its being a two-wheel-drive model helps with gas mileage.
Extras: custom cover if you need to store it outdoors, tool kit, all hoses and cords, riser blocks, tire air compressor.
New within the last two years: water pump ($260), power converter ($440), two house batteries and the engine battery. Excellent rubber.
Check out the Sportsmobile site at sportsmobile.com for more about these unique vehicles. This one is an exceptional example.
