Drove by it the other day, chances are he either lives with or is roomies with friends of mine as its parked in the lot of their triplex.

But that view from the toilet! You'd never have to miss a sight while doing your business with that setup.

Good layout/toilet location for keeping an eye on/tending the pot of chili beans boiling on the stove.
(whilst simultaneously "taking care of the results" from the previous evening's pot of chili beans....)
