Adding coolant recovery tank

Want to add a coolant recovery tank to my 1989 E150 and need to figure out where to mount it and what size to get. They were not standard in 89. There appears to be enough room on the drivers side of the radiator to mount one. What I do not know is what size to get. Have been to the Rock Auto site and they have all sizes and shapes of tanks.

Can one of you with a V8 post a photo of the coolant recovery tank mounting location and its physical size so I can see if it will fit in the space I have available?

Other options or suggestions will be appreciated.

Re: Adding coolant recovery tank

Mine is underneath the battery, driver's side. I would think this would be pretty easy to find in a salvage yard and cost little or nothing. I doubt they are often pulled since they are buried under the battery (on mine and several other vans I've seen) and they don't really do much so they don't fail.
