New Sprinter RB PH with RB150S

Hello Everyone,

The RB Sprinter we ordered is on its way from Germany and I have been reviewing our RB150S forms to make sure we have it as good as it can be. I was wondering if anyone might have any insight into what they did that they like, what they wish they would have done, so and so forth.

We have two little kids and tend to pack a lot of skis (skate and alpine) and bikes around and I am having a hard time figuring out what is the best way to pack all this (e.g. rear hitch mount rack, mounted to the back doors, roof, etc.). Any ideas?

Thanks for any help.

Re: New Sprinter RB PH with RB150S

I really wish I never paid for the Audio 20 "upgrade" head unit. Waste of $$$.

In hindsight I should have had SMB add the solar panels as I have yet to pull the trigger and buy any on my own yet.

I left a large area in the back of the van empty on purpose. I wanted it to be a multi function area and eventually added some cheap removable shelves. I even bought a shelve type duffle bag I can hang up. If I need the space, I can simply take them all down and fold them up:

And of course it would have been nice to have a 4x4 (LOL) when the "1 inch of forecasted snow" turned out to be 4 inches.

I have both a Thule Roof rack and a pretty simple wire rack on my van.
