Anyone taking a sprinter and doing a Fun Hauler style?

Looking to see ideas of doing a Fun Hauler idea. I want to essentially do a garage back and seating and sleeping area up front.

I am getting the longest and tallest wheelbase 2006. I at the minimum need to make the seating available to haul the kids behind the driver and passenger seats. So, I was thinking I could do a minimal living area. I don't need a toilet and sink combo, but something where we have nice cabinets, fold down bed, seating, etc.

Then the back needs to be capable of hauling motorcycles and I can sort that detail out. But I am looking for ideas on a minimal living area...

Whatcha got?

You've seen this already on the SMB website?

That was my first thought too. The biggest challenge with the Lopes 55, is the available forward facing seating.

If you don't need to store the bikes inside while sleeping , you could have fold down bunks in the garage area.

The Lopes edition is cool. But, I need more garage. With the tool box, two bikes and things like canopies, cabinet space needed and generator storage, I need less living quarter and more garage... I wanted to see if someone had essentially enough to put a fold down and MAYBE a third row of bench seating... Make sense? It's in my mind and is hard to translate into words...

Here's the floor plan for the Sprinter RB-50-like. I think it's a good starting point for you to modifiy to your requirements.

Might want to wander through the builds at Sprinter-forum.com or expeditionportal.com to see what people are DIYing.

Here is mine.
