Any ideas for nerf bars?

I have been looking for nerf bars or running boards for a couple of years with no results. Has anybody seen a set for 2012 Sprinters?

Aluminess is saying they are coming out with a set. I think they are too busy working not he Transit to take time out for the smaller Sprinter market.

Re: Any ideas for nerf bars?

I spoke to Aluminess last week and they are making Sprinter Nerf Bars, they just haven't updated their website. Pricing:
144" WB Nerf Bars - $550
170" WB Nerf Bars - $650
In addition, I spoke with Whitefeather in Red Bluff and they make sliders for the Sprinter priced at $2,100.
SIDE IMPACT PROTECTION / NERF BARS, for 2 and 4 wheel drive
Makes getting in and out of your Sprinter easier while providing side impact protection to both sides of the vehicle. They lower the step up by 9 inches. Full length wheel well to wheel well with non-slip full length step. Constructed of 2.5 inch steel tube with powder coat finish and attached with stainless hardware. They are so strong you can jump on them, they don’t move. If your Sprinter has an air compressor we can turn the nerf bars into air tanks.

Finally Aluminess has them out. However I went with SprinterWorld for running boards. My next build will use the Aluminess or Whitefeather set.

Thanks all for the input.

We will be making steps for 07- current sprinters. 4x4 and 4x2. They will be strong enough to lift the vehicle from and protect the body while driving off road. Very little ground clearance is lost and a 4" ledge provides a lower step at all doors.

We hope to have these available by September.
