Coleman Polar Cub / Roof Airconditioning

Coleman Polar Cub / Roof Airconditioning

installed the Polar cub during the build
never used it except once in Alabama Hills

runs off my Yamaha generator

Inverter was HOT after a tank of gas in generator

The Boys at Ricks Trailer Supply in San Clemente
rewired it yesterday to bypass some sort of load on the Xantrex

also showed me some voltage limit deal

When i pick it up after the Tranflow gage repair
will post what the heck they did

FYI:
Per Tom, owner of Ricks Trailer Supply ( i know confusing )
sez that a roof air should drop interior temp by 20 degrees from outside

i was led to believe that Wilson would be suitable to hang meat inside with AC on

i think this be true, as the one time we used it (see above)
i twas not cold inside, but tollerable

i belive the outside temp was abit above 100 that day
so 80 degrees (which as memory serves me) was about what we got

ps
will be camping in Lauglin NV in may
will be a hook up but well into the 100's
will report back

YMMV
some errors may be contained
professional PHD on closed course

Re: Coleman Polar Cub / Roof Airconditioning

BW, thinking about a Polar Cub mounted on the Penthouse. How has yours served you over the last couple years?

Thanks,

DH
