Bed lining the side or rocker panels.

Anyone put bed liner, Rhino, Herculiner, Monstaliner, etc on the side of their van in the wear spots, like below the doors, lower quarter panels, etc?

I'm gonna have some left over after doing the top was was thinking of using it there, but I'd like to see some pix.

Rob

Yep, on my previous SMB. Worked great. Had it put on the roof too where the PH meets the metal roof.

Re: Bed lining the side or rocker panels.

That's exactly what I'm thinking of doing; thanks.

Looks great.

Bed lining the side or rocker panels.

I've got an extra bottle of raptor. Was thinking about doing this too

Re: Bed lining the side or rocker panels.

A question to those who've done this already. How do you feather the edges?

Re: Bed lining the side or rocker panels.

WVvan,

The edge of the bed lining on my van is not feathered. There's a distinct "step" down to the OEM paint, about 2mm deep. Kinda collects dirt at times, but not a big deal.

Cheers,
Brent

Re: Bed lining the side or rocker panels.

Hey Brent,
Mind if I ask which product you used? Yours looks smoother and not as "chunky" as some.
Thanks,
Dave

Re: Bed lining the side or rocker panels.

I'm sorry, Dave. I'm afraid I can't do that.

The bed lining was added before I purchased the van, so I don't know what was used. I can try to get a better close-up when I have the time.

Cheers,
Brent
