Ford E-Series/Future of Sportsmobile

Since the Ford E-Series is going away does anyone know what vans they will be using for off-road use. I've heard they are making their own van and I've also heard they are use GM products. I'm not sure if these are true. If any one has pictures of the Sportsmobiles please post them. Thanks in advance!

Re: Ford E-Series/Future of Sportsmobile

Was wondering if SMB will build a stock design on a customer-supplied Ford E350....

Re: Ford E-Series/Future of Sportsmobile

G'day,
Had my 2008 Ford e350 diesel converted to 4x4 eb50 four months ago. SMB West are still taking Fords conversions.

you can still get the work done at Fresno. But it takes awhile to get in the rotation. they are doing my penthouse next month but can't get to the interior until gas prices go up.....errr...late November.

They're doing 4x4 Sprinters as well these days. I wouldn't say these will replace more hard core off road vehicles but...

I gotta admit, that sprinter exceeds my expectations honestly.

That don't look half bad. I still like my Ford better but not bad at all.

Re: Ford E-Series/Future of Sportsmobile

SMB West converted the interior of our E350 passenger van in 2012. RB50 and elec penthouse. We did not do 4x4, not sure if 4x4 is possible on a van that starts life as a pass van
