7 pin connector cover

I've been trying to find a dust cover or weather-resistant cover for the 7 pin connectors on my trailers. Not on the tow rig side, but on the trailer side at the end of the electrical cable. Just thought that it might keep the connectors cleaner and keep those pesky spiders from making a home in the connector. I've found covers for 4 pin connectors, but I can't find anything for a 7 pin connector.

thanks,
Herb

I wouldn't go with the lubricated ones...

Re: 7 pin connector cover

I challenge you to find something that cost 10x as much that works 1/2 as well...

Dave, that looks like it's for the receptacle side, not the plug itself.

I want to be able to cover and protect this connector.

Re: 7 pin connector cover

No, you mount it on your trailer and the plug plugs into it. Kinda a female plug that's been gutted inside. Keeps the rain and dirt out but I don't know about spiders.

Here is a pic from rv.net
