Quite a rack...

I swear this dude glued the kayak racks on his roof. There were no drill holes at all. I guess he used quality glue.

While the rack is impressive, I wonder how they get the kayaks on and off.

There is a ladder in the back and then those rollers on the front. Prob a 2 person job.

Well, they pretty much glue airplanes together these days, including the big passenger jets and are now starting to assemble some ordinary cars with glue too. I wouldn't be worried about gluing on a car rack.

It might have blind studs (that we can't see) welded to the underside of the 3x3 plates, thru bolted inside. Clearly a ginormously wonderful rack, the guy who built it has skills

I think you have a point. Really it's just a matter of hiring the right people to glue things together. I have learned in my life that there are two kinds of people, those that can use glue and those that can't. It's mainly super glue I speak of, but I think the same applies to any adhesive, either home or industrial. Unfortunately I am not one of those who can glue.
