2002 EB 4x4 - 7.3 Diesel

Never expected to be selling this thing, but an investment opportunity has presented itself me, and I feel like I should try and pursue.

This van is a rare bird to find. I've checked ebay and craigslist across the nation, and haven't found one like it.
Here are the details:

2002 E350 EB Passenger Van
146k
Quigley 4x4
Kingpin Dana 60 Front Axle - Serviceable wheel bearings
4.10 Gears
Factory Dual Alternators
Ford APCM - Controls idle for charging
18" Wheels
35" Tires (325/65/18 Nitto Terra Grapplers)
6000lb Front Coils - Replaces the Quigley 4600lb coils - Night & Day difference in ride!
2006 Headlamps/Corner Lamps - Original headlights/corners will come with it
Diamond Eye 4" Turbo-Back Exhaust
Tinted Windows
Bench seats are from a 2010 Van - Newer style
Rear Air Conditioning
New Up-Pipe Gaskets - No leaks here...
New Alternators
New Batteries
New OEM EBP Sensor
Tow Mirrors
F350 Gauge Cluster - With Tach - Fully Fuctional
Fresh A/C Service - Full evac/vacuum and recharge to factory fill
New updated Trackbar Bushings from Quigley

I got this van back in June, and I flew out to Burbank California to pick it up. The day before I arrived, the previous owner dropped it off at Galpin Ford, and told them to completely go over it and give it WHATEVER it needed.
So, they did just that. Here is what it received (I have a 10 page receipt from Galpin Ford):

- New License Plate Bulb ($12.99 parts and labor)
- New Throttle Pedal Assembly ($688.54 parts and labor)
- Automatic Transmission Fluid Service/Exchange ($159.99 parts and labor)
- Cooling System Fluid Service/Exchange ($191.24 parts and labor)
- Power Steering Fluid Service/Exchange ($119.99 parts and labor)
- Full Inspection
- Oil Change ($152.77 parts and labor)
- New Wiper Blades ($19.90 parts and labor)
- Tested Batteries
- Inspected Brakes
- Replaced Cam Position Sensor (under recall)
- Replaced Speed Control System Wiring Harness (under recall)
- Replaced Fuel Filter

The total for all of this out the door ended up being $1,647.91.

Needless to say, it has performed FLAWLESSLY for me. Gets a lot of looks from everyone, and a ton of compliments every time I drive it.
It drives great. Upon my initial inspection of the van, I had noticed that the rubber trackbar bushings were beginning to crack. One call to Quigley had their new updated Urethane Bushings in the mail. I've read that's a common issue on the Quigleys, so I wanted to nip that before it became an issue on mine!
Also, this van has the Updated Control Arms (or Torque Arms) from Quigley. These are the 2" round tube arms that will not crack or give any issues.
I also have ALL of the paperwork, sent from Quigley, that details everything that they did to this van back in 2002. Even the original Alignment print-out from when it had a whopping 8 miles on the odometer.

The 7.3 has GOBS of power. It will pull anything you want/need to pull, and do so with ease. I use a scan-tool to monitor all engine parameters everytime I tow, and can vouch that this engine is in excellent shape. Here are a few key things that I've noticed:

- HPOP Pressure holds at 2800+ psi when towing up a steep grade - Very good for a 7.3
- IPR Duty Cycle never goes above 30% - Means that the HPOP System is perfect
- Boost hits 15lbs - Excellent for being bone stock
- Trans Temp has never exceeded 190°
- Engine oil temps run right at 10 ° above Coolant temps - Right where they are supposed to be

There are probably a lot of details that I'm forgetting, but that's the majority of it. Serious buyers can inquire for any more details.

Here is my thread on here with Pictures/Details:

I think that's a fantastic price. I think it will sell quickly.

Shoot, forgot that!

She's got 146k on her right now. The F350 cluster (with tach) that I swapped in had ~110k on it, but I swapped my original odometer piece into it (the piece that keeps track of miles). Everything matches after swapping that over.

Also remembered that right after I got it the front pinion seal was weeping a bit, so I replaced that too. Diff fluid was drained/replaced at that time also.

It's ready to go. Fly in and drive it home.

VERY interested. Would need to fly and drive (back to California ironically....)

I'll get in touch this evening to ask some questions.

Sounds good. Give me a shout when you get a chance.

No problems driving it back to California! It's a straight shot across I-40.
Will be even better than when I made the trip due to the taller tires (less RPM at speed) and those 6000lb springs.
I'll buy an air mattress for the rear of this thing and you can sleep along the way. Haha

The inside is pretty plain. Nothing done to it really. It will be professionally detailed for the new buyer.

These pics are from when I picked it up back in June, and it was a bit dusty at that point, but in good shape:

The only thing that I've done is to remove that very rear bench seat. With it in there, there was literally no cargo space, and I sure didnt need the 15 passenger seating!

Also, the bench seats are Latch compatible if anyone has little ones.
