Super clean and mint and well maintained ambulance. (Just have to take the red flashing light off the roof to be street legal, or change dome covers to different color). Extended body. And decals come off easy if you want.
7.3l diesel engine, possibly best engine ever made--regularily goes 600,000+ without a rebuild. has 255,000 now. Great mpg as well, already gets around 20+, put a tuner on and get 22+. Could tow a monster trailer. Way better then the later year 6.x series engines with all their problems and inefficiency (research it if you dont know).
Great tread on tires. Had it fully checked out at a local mechanic--great shape. I am currently doing a coolant flush on it. Was even washed every night when came in off the road--almost rust free even underneath.
All lights, sirens, systems, rear heat and ac, etc., etc. all work. During its life till now as an ambulance it was inspected every 6 months i think and they had to fix any and everything it needed. couldn't really be in much better shape. Posi traction rear end, not 4wd of course, and all most folks would ever need, definate step up from the non-posi rear in most vans.
Would make a great camper van or class b rv, even already has inverter and rear heater/AC, etc.

yes priced 'to sell quick', decided to buy a piece of land instead of travelling all summer in this sweet van. just need to get my cash back out.
