RV features two working A/C units (one factory original and the other one is a Stacool rear unit , a toilet, refrigerator, microwave, sink, a 20 gallon water holding tank, gray and black water tanks, a 2" trailer hitch, tv, and 5 storage cabinets. Additionally, there is an 8 foot roll-out Fiamma awning on the passenger side for protection again rain or shine.

Did you pick that van up around Pawleys Island?? If you did and its the same one when I looked at it was very clean.
