For me, the lack of sink, stove, refrig, pantry, etc would reduce the utility and price. $35-40k?

I'd say about $10,000. I'll be generous and buy it from you for $12,000. Let me know..

Post up some pics! Sounds like a great rig and is basically my end goal with the van I have (05 Chateau). Any chance you'd be interested in selling the bench seat that turns into a bed?

I also have to say an 06 Powerstroke, look at buying the base van and then add the cost of the top minus say 50%. Then you'll get a starting figure. Something to remember is that the add ons we do don't always add value to the buyer. Think of it this way, shop for your own vehicle. What would you and others pay for it? I looked at cars.com and found five total (close/cargo's) with less mileage. They came in around $9k. I would say that's a fair figure for the van. Then add about a maybe three thousand for the remaining add ons. A sell for $11-13k would be a good number. Just my two cents. OOPS in a big way - I didn't see the 4x4. I'd probably add close to the current figure for this add on as most vans have about a $10k spread between the 2wd and 4wd. So - $23k +/-

Sure. 42K for the bed and you get a free SMB tossed in!
