Sold...

Well, after typing 4 paragraphs worth of info, it timed out on me... Any questions, feel free to contact me. 20k firm I also have a spare 2000 PI (performance improved) v10 engine (I was going to rebuild it and put it in, but marriage and 3 dogs changes things...)

This is probably a Pathfinder 4x4 conversion, due to it having leaf springs (I've replaced to bring it to a 6" lift), 4.10 Dana 60's front and back (full floating) welded hitch etc...

***Will trade for 5th wheel toyhauler or pull toyhauler under 30 feet long. Need to find something to tow behind my new cummins

A good way to get a large amount of typing done without timing out is do to it in MS Word or similar. Than just copy and paste. more picture might be helpful. Some have said on this forum it's all about layout.

Its a V-10 with 212k miles on, but it runs like a top. I happened to run across the PI engine on the local craigslist and found the heads, intake and my current throttle body and EGR will bolt right up. Ive been playing with my new cummins today, but will out together a file of pics.

Im willing to trade for a toyhauler or 5th wheel. My wife's lab had ACL surgery and I will no longer leave our dogs at home while we camp, hence the need for something bigger.

Re: 1997 Sportsmobile for sale (w/spare V10 2000 PI engine)

Took some crappy pics of the inside today, but will eventually take some with the top up, and more light. My walmart phone takes poor low-light pictures. The interior is all Birch plywood with a gray stone coating and sportsmobile latches throughout. The truckvault can be seen here - (2-drawer magnum series $2k)

There's a mirror-faced microwave (works great for shaving while standing outside), inverter, sink set-up, 12v porta potti, passenger seat swivels, Blue Sea ML-Series Remote Battery Switch, Engel slide-out, portable freezer / fridge, 1000 watt bluetooth stereo w/sub and control on dash, KD135 solar panel, rack, 2 frame mounted house batteries and still more Im forgetting..

The transfer case has the update pin to it, so it was rebuilt prior. It has new adjustable Rancho RS9000 shocks.

I love the Engel, so I will take less for the van if the new owner feels they dont want it.

Does the Atari come with the van?

Looks like a great build!

Re: 1997 Sportsmobile for sale (w/spare V10 2000 PI engine)

Sure... Its the compact version which has all of the old Atari games in one. It's a must to play TANK after a few cocktails. In fact, the DVD/TV swivels for ALL seating (and outside standing / sitting positions) Yes, I'm anal... lol

Thanks for the build comment. I planned on owning this rig forever, but it would be a shame for it to just sit parked. I'ts fully insulated, so its comfy sitting in the sun, or up on the mountain. I've only actually camped in it about 5 times since completing the build (still wanted to have a canvas door made to cover water tanks, pump etc...), due to being busy with new wife situation.
