Hey TexGX-
Just a little follow-up - I contacted Aluminess and ended up buying one of their powder-coated tire racks (for a factory Ford bumper) for $675 plus shipping. Here's the link:
http://www.aluminess.com/ford/ford-v...07-tire-racks/
It bolted up very well (not perfect) to my Reunel bumper (like yours and Scotty, I presume). The tire rack had only 2 holes to mount the bumper (instead of 3 on the frame bumper mount and the Reunel bumper) - not a big deal, since there were only 2 bolts holding the factory bumper on anyway. The tire rack and passenger side spacer (included) are 3/8" thick, pushing the Reunel bumper out that far (necessitating purchase of longer, Grade 8 bolts, of course), and only one of the holes on the bottom of the frame channel lined up. I ended up drilling out one of the the frame holes a bit to make it work and get the full towing capacity back (the factory hitch attached to frame with 4 bolts). Hope these photos show better what I'm trying to explain:
I've taken photos of my actual installation, but still need to post
Hope this makes some sense and helps your situation.
Phil
Side note: I was going to Southern Cal anyway and asked about picking up the bumper at Aluminess, in order to save shipping to Utah. It ended up being less expensive to ship than to pay California sales tax, which would've been required for a pickup! I ended up taking it with on that trip and installed it while there.
