Wanted: Used Power Tech PT-3SV2 Diesel generator

Ya I know, but perhaps one of your Sprinter types are tired of the noise and want to get rid of one. Thanks.

Thanks for the links, but they are too big for my app.

deminimis: I felt sorry for you because no one responded. So I tried to look up the kw of the generator you listed on the Power Tech website and couldn't find the kw of that model number. How many kw are you looking for? I was also interested in a diesel generator for a while so I may look for you just to educate myself if you don't mind.

Re: Wanted: Used Power Tech PT-3SV2 Diesel generator

It's only 3kw. For me, it's a physical size issue. That model would fit perfectly in the under deck boxes that I'm having built. Any bigger and it would hang below my Def tank, exhaust, etc. Thanks again.

Re: Wanted: Used Power Tech PT-3SV2 Diesel generator

Hey all:

I'm still looking, so thought I'd check in. A while back I saw a person list theirs on here (single poster) and all over the place, but the price was not realistic. Before I pull the trigger on something way too big (or just throw my hands int eh air and get a Honda), thought I'd just check in again. The Onan 3200 works too. Thanks.

Re: Wanted: Used Power Tech PT-3SV2 Diesel generator

Thanks Alan. She posted it here as well. She wants too much for it in my opinion and won't ship it. Perhaps she's ready to come down in price now, but still can't get it here. I realize it's unused, but it's techincally used and only $500 less than brand new (new ones come with warranty too, but hers has passed). Picking up a slighty used RV QD6000 next week (for about $1k less) but twice the power I need and it's larger in size than I want. Thanks again though!!
