Just looked at your new van in your gallery: REALLY nice! Love the color. Good luck with it!

Can you post dimensions. It looks like an older box from aluminess and this one is not on their site

It's exactly the same footprint as the tray, the foot holds a jerry can and is 1/4 the width of the baja tray, and the same height. The box itself is approximately as tall as a jerry can, and the depth (rear-front) is that of the tray width. It was called a "baja box", as opposed to the "baja tray". I can't find a picture of one mounted at the moment, but I know they're out there.

I don't have one so that's a close to measurements as I can come- I also noticed there don't seem to be holes in the bottom for mounting yet. I considered this because I loathe my tray and am constantly building random things back there instead of having a nice box...

Re: Aluminess Rear Box

I was able to find the photo of this in the photo gallery of Aluminess's web site. Go to "the company" then to "photo gallery" and its posted in the van section.

Not my SMB in the above pic, but I do still see a pic of my former SMB on the Aluminess website.

This pic was actually when the first owners had it.
