Aluminess Passenger Side Bike Rack Swing Arm -Sold

Sold

Aluminess passenger side bike rack swing arm with two Thule bike racks. One is the type where you remove the front wheel and clamp on the forks. The other is the sort which has the clamp over the top tube of the bike. Came with Sportsmobile and switched back to original simple swing arm. All parts and locks included. From Aluminess bumper for 2012 Ford Van. $300 OBO plus shipping or arrange pick up.

Re: Aluminess Passenger Side Bike Rack Swing Arm

Addition, I'm in San Diego. The big Aluminess box does fit in this swing arm.

Note this is still for sale but found out it does not work with the deluxe box with rails.

Re: Aluminess Passenger Side Bike Rack Swing Arm

Also was your ladder a special order/custom made, to work with your voyager roof rack? I see your in SD and it would be easy for you to go to aluminess and have one custom made. I am not seeing an option for that one on there web sight.
Thanks
Morgan

It sounds like it will work with the deluxe box without the added rails on top. Bummer for me good for someone else.

The ladder I am guessing is custom from Aluminess. I tried to buy one from them with the extra length but they needed me to leave the van with them which I couldn't do. Brent Haywood also has a custom ladder like it that they needed to keep the van for.

Yes, the ladder was custom made. The PO lives in the San Diego area as do I.

I have the deluxe box with the rails on top and I ordered this new style swing arm bike carrier and was able to mount my box to the swing arm with no problem.
