Original Uncle Rico's Surf Movie Van from Napoleon Dynamite (2004)- The one and only original Uncle Rico van!!!, featured in the 2004 Cult Classic 'Napoleon Dynamite'. This is the actual Van that the character 'Uncle Rico',(Jon Gries), lived in and carted Napoleon and Kip around town in. It's a 75 Dodge with the Santana Camper package, with all the shag carpeting you'd ever want to roll around in! The Van was discovered while filming in Preston, ID, and borrowed from the original owner for the film. Little has been changed since it was purchased in Idaho and brought out to California by the current owner. Some minor repairs to the tranny and motor make the Van road worthy (it was driven from Idaho to California!). It has approx 160,000 ez Uncle Rico miles on it, and runs and drives great! Maybe the greatest head turner you'll ever own, everyone stops me on the street to take a pic with it when I am cruising around in it- a huge hit with kids and adults alike. Need to make room for other cars and projects, thus the sale. Has the Cassette player and CB radio as featured. Sadly, Uncle Rico, while quite a cool dude, does not come with the van. It does come with all pertinent paperwork and articles (see pics) featuring the van. It Can be seen and driven by appointment, contact us and we'll arrange for you to see it. Other Pics of paperwork sent to all bidders upon request. Truly a supporting star in the film, this is an icon that is only bound to get more indelible, and valuable, as years go by! 'Gosh!', Only an 'IDIOT' would pass this one up!! The Van is currently in Seal Beach, and still sees it's share of crisp football passes and suhhwheet bike jumps. All items sold as is. IMPORTANT-Please look carefully at and 'supersize' ALL the images to view condition of item. We only charge actual shipping costs, no 'handling' premiums. NOTE-On Items with a reserve, PLEASE DO NOT E-MAIL ASKING for the reserve price - We will not reveal it prior to an auctions FINAL DAY of bidding. Please DO send a note if you want more pics/close up of something, have questions, or need to clarify something. <<<<<<<<<<<<<< All images are the sole property of the seller, and any use of them other than for purposes of this sale is strictly prohibited. Terms: Payment due within 7-10 days of auctions close unless other arrangements made PRIOR to bidding, (we are flexible and will work with you). Items will be shipped generally within 10 days- usually sooner (3-5) but please be patient- this is a one man shop and sometimes life throws you curves. I Accept Paypal, checks, money order, the usual, but Note that I am NOT SET UP TO TAKE CREDIT CARDS DIRECT- but you can use them thru Paypal with us. International bidders are welcome if returning, or pre-approved. Thanks, and have a great day! <<<<<<<<<<<< Please also check out my other auctions for other Star Trek Items, Sports related memorabilia, Bicycle items, High Grade CGCComics, John Wayne Items, Movie Memorabilia.

Herb, Here is my new SMB design!

Actually, I will be making some vinyl magnets with stripes similar to the van above. I want to keep my SMB blue.
