Did you have them check the rims for cracks when they did the rotate?

I got your post after it came back from the shop. Will do at next drop off.

Sounds like you avoided some serious happenings by catching your defects early.

Yes, I was quite freaked out, 3 out of 4 had cracks. One wheel the center of the rim could have easily just broken free. This was after a long trip home when I bought the van, I would never have thought to check the rims but for the discussion on tire load rating here. In the process of getting rid of the D rated tires and moving to E rated, I found the cracked rims. Easy to see with the naked eye.

Anyway good luck, looks like a great rig!

Hola! My official introduction - 2002 White SMB EB50 7.3 4x4

Stopped at Aluminess and Kenny and the crew took good care of me.

Wife got me the roof rack and rear swing arm locks as an early bday gift. I'm a lucky dude.

Also picked up a Kyocera kd135 from webbmac. Really great guy with an awesome Chevy smb 4x4 diesel. He was kind enough to let me permanently borrow his kids' portable crib you see below which our toddler loves. Containment is half the battle!

Drone and in cabin noise is down a lot, maybe 80%? with the resonator installed. Sounds similar to stock even under load.

Turbo back exhaust $290
Heat wrap, clamps, spray $100
Resonator $100
Weld & install resonator $75
