1997 4x4 Ford SMB w/ Voyager top. 6'1" clearance front to back.
2 house batteries, furnace, hot water heater, 2 burner cooktop.
All the stuff you expect from a full camper. Gaucho is the only sleeping surface.
Brand new KYB shocks, good Falken M/S tires. New DVD head unit w/ rearview camera.
Shower/marine toilet. Full records since new. Only 55k miles.
California Smog cert in hand, clear/ clean title in my name.
This is my 3rd SMB, and am only letting go of it to fund a Sprinter. Would consider a trade to a rig with more interior space... Yes I can add cash to the right deal
This year we have had it on the Lost Coast, Joshua Tree, Big Basin, Mendocino Nat'l Forest...
Rig has been bulletproof.
Truck is located in San Francisco, and price is $27000.

That is a piece of 4" PVC that holds the blackwater tank drain hose.

Must be nice to have the shower in it. Looks like a perfect vehicle and I'd buy it
if I were not in the midst of a hugh rebuild of sorts.

Well priced, nice power and 4x4 with old school looks.

Had Thunderball out this week. Boondocked in Lassen NF, saw friends in Humboldt co and Eureka. Poked around Whiskytown NRA. This is a great way to travel, self contained and self reliant. I will miss the 4x4, but want a Sprinter with more interior space.

It's the stripes, isn't it? Oh, and the lack of giant tires. Doesn't look like an extremely capable offroad machine with all you need for self contained, sustained boondocking. It doesn't scream "Zombie Proof". But it is.
