1995 E150 wheel specs Or stock Ford 5x5.5 x16 steels 4 sale?

I know that wheels and tyres are a tricky topic to bring up but I have a recently discovered problem on my new, to me, 1995 E150 Quigley. And I have searched but could not get any specifications, just lots and lots of random tyre/tire threads. My van has the stock Ford 15 inch alloys from the period, fitted with BFG AT's in 31 x10.5.

I need to know the specs for the stock rims. I know the pattern is 5 x 5.5 but does anyone know the rim width and offset?

I need to know because I was getting some funny grinding/rubbing noises on full lock that on first inspection seemed to be tyre rubbing. It has continued to get worse and it's clear now that my steering knuckle actually rubs on the rim quite hard at full lock in either direction. I really don't want to have to drop another small fortune on wheels and tyres so am thinking of finding something that will fit from a take-off someone has done to upgrade their own wheels. 16 inch stock steel 5 hole Ford rims would be fine for me, actually preferable to alloy, but most of what I can find is from Dodge or Ford trucks that have the same bolt pattern but unknown offset.

If someone can help me save trial fitting multiple sets of wheels it would be much appreciated.
