What gearing do you have on your differential? I think you have a v8 5.4. To run 35 I think you wan to have at least 4:10 gears.
Thanks. I've got the 5.4 V8, wasn't sure about the gears since I was told there were 2 transmission options for the 2009.

What's the largest tire most people go with my gears? 33s?

You need to crawl under your rig and look at the tag on your rear axle and tell us what gear ratio is in the differential before anyone can make a recommendation.

What do most people do when putting on bigger rims/tires? Bumper replacement? I can see that if I even try to go to 33's they will be really close to the bumper.

Unless I have a Unicorn my factory bolt pattern on my 2002 EB is 8x6.5. All vans kept their 8x6.5 until 2003 or 2004. All pickups from 1999 to present had 8 x 170mm. So the dilemma is...is yours a 4x4 if not then you have 8x6.5. If yours is 4x4 then it depends on which conversion company did your conversion, period! I have heard both ways here that some did redrilled the front rotors and some did adapters for the rear. Earlier bolt pattern 8x6.5 are available from Dynatrac. They make a uni-bearing replacement kit for late model axles that use uni-bearings but are also available in 8x170mm. If you have a 4x4 you need to measure the front and the rear to confirm they are identical because some slap-d_ _k shop or DIYer could have just bought different bolt pattern wheels. If it is 2wd then most likely you can measure front or rear, but both will satisfy any doubt. I am running front spacers because I like the wider trac.

Edit: I just saw your pic and that is a 8x170mm because of the stud tip shoulders. It was rare to see that style lug bolt on 8x6.5 pattern.

It's definitely 8 x 170, I just put new wheels on.
