The ttb idea keeps growing on me, I'm thinking I might just yank the 460 out of my 198? E250 and see if I can do something, unfortunately paying someone is not in my budget but cutting welding and fabricating is.

If you do decide to do the TTB and it turns out to work well, then you may have others interested in you making it work on their van. Just a thought since you said you have access to a good amount of TTBs.
