The shocks (Front and rear) were removed from a 1999 Quigley 7.3 we converted to Agile TTB so they should have been the right shocks for your van. Previous owner may have had the wrong setup... I don't know, but doubt it.

I'm willing to bet that they went in and ordered shocks for a E350 stock not a quigley they fit but had very little extension for droop.
I just was making sure that they did get used.
