Atlas 2 shifter nosie

Howdy,

I have a 2014 Ford e350 4x4 by SMB and I think the Atlas or maybe it is the transmission makes a clunking noise when I accelerate or decelerate; you can hear one clunk/thud right after acceleration (usually when running at 30MPH or above) and then its fine, take the foot off the gas it makes the same noise. Is this normal? Also, at about 55 MPH or above I get sometimes get a whirring noise from what I believe is the Altas, it comes and goes. Anyone else have this issue? Is this normal? The van only has 5300mi on it. Really appreciate the feedback. Thanks!

I'd look over the drive line yoke and u-joint. I had a rear u-joint fail and it did similar. The noise I heard besides the clunk was more of a vibration noise noise about 50 MPH
