The shop that did the build referred to it as a Truetrac Locker but Eaton does not make such an animal. Truetrac is a mechanical LSD. It does not use disks.

Perhaps the confusion stems from both units having the word Detroit. Detroit Locker and Detroit Trutrac. Both made by Eaton.

Unless you routinely put a tire up in the air there's really no need for the locker. I would imagine you hate it on snow and ice.
