Catalytic Converter Quigley 4x4?

Hi, I have a 2006 ford e-350 6.8l v10. My catalytic converter was stolen and I am having trouble figuring out the correct one to order. Or even a straight pipe to order.

The stock on the 6.8l doesn't fit with the Quigley conversion. Drive shaft and gear box get in the way.

Any suggestions? Thanks!

Also, Quigley will provide a parts list for vans they convert.

Why not just take it to your local muffler shop? Cheaper and simpler. There's nothing special about the exhaust except it's been rerouted.

I do suggest you take Marret's advice and get a Quigley parts list from them from your van if you don't already have it. Call them and ask for Kevin Wilcox.

Depending where you are your options are limited at best. In CA, Magnaflow PN 4451300 is the only approved cat that can pass the BAR smog inspection. That PN is a universal unit but they have a direct fit one that will pass as well.

Wow! Didn't realize there was such a variation in how many cats an Econoline might have. Mine has two smaller cats on each exhaust header for a total of 4.
