Quigley will not convert anything over year old, so they are out.
SMB will not install their Atlas conversion in anything over a couple of years old, typically.
Agile - They are defiantly busy. Have you been calling or emailing? I would definitely call. Let me know if you need some help getting a hold of them and I will reach out on your behalf.

Thanks, 1der. I've bee filling out their Request a Quote page where you attach a picture of your diff.
The SMB person had never heard of Agile Offroad. I looked at their approved distributors map and it appears anyone close to me (se Wisconsin) only sells that kit, no installers. I want to use someone that has experience installing the kit - just ok is not ok, LOL.
I'll give Agile a call.

Just to clarify for me - When you say Agile Kit, the only "Kit" they have is a RIP Kit for upgrading the ride and handling for the Quigley solid front axle conversions.
Agile's TTB 4x2 to 4x4 conversion is only an in-house installation in El Cajon, CA.

Vanzila: Sorry, I cannot agree with your statement.
There are very serious differences between UJOR and Agile. Partly depends on what you want.
UJOR min 4" lift to 8" lift and a harsh ride.
AGILE nearly no lift to 3"+ and a much more comfortable ride on and off road.

Thank you, I stand corrected. Yes, I want the conversion and called it a kit because I'm ignorant. I want to convert from 4x2 to 4x4 with about a 2-3 inch lift.
My mission profile is to do overlanding, but not rock climbing - no Moab or Rubicon for me. But, I would like to be able to drive the Enchanted Rockies Trail.
Thanks, again, 1der.

I called Agile, Quadvan, and advanced 4x4 they all spent a great deal of time explaining the options and benefits. Also each had different rules on the age of a van they would work on. Advanced would work on ford 1999 or newer or Chevy 2003 or newer. I did not record the oldest the others would work on as I was not considering older than 2000 for a ford an they all did that.

"harsh" ride is subjective. We have hundreds of happy 4x4 van owners all over the world that are 100% happy with the performance of their van in all conditions.

Ujoint Super super nice Ride. TTB Breaks and cannot deal with the Weight. I have a 4x4 Van To Haul Weight.. The TTB is nice but limited by Weight and Breakage. Also You have no idea what a Harsh ride is until you drive the Original Salem Kroger Van witch mine was., After 22 years I sent it to Ujoint for a Reason.. I wanted mt OEM Ford 4x4 Built Right and Just like it was.. Straight Axle For lots of Weight and Ground Clearance to get there.

YOU GOT IT.. I went with Ujoint after many years of research. much like the many years of research before the web in 1995 when I order my 4x4 van from Ford. Ujoint is the only shop out there building with Quality and the Right Parts. Just Like Salem Kroger did in the day.
Link below for some vans.
