Does Front drive shaft spin in 2wd

My van has an Agile Off road 4x4 system with Warn manual locking hubs. Does the front drive shaft spin when Im driving in 2wd with the hubs unlocked?

It shouldn't... The only reason it would if the hubs are "Free" is if its stuck in the "lock" position.

When your van is sitting, 2wd and hubs unlocked, you should be able to rotate it by hand. Pretty sure it will do that with hubs locked as well.

Is there an issue??
