The 4WD switch discussion is very interesting. I'm going to have to check whether mine is working at all, since I haven't seen the little green light come on since late last summer.

The other day when I was plugging in my Trailer Brake Controller I accidentally pulled this wire

This lead comes from one of the post on the back of the green light. It is a dual fuse holder that plugs into the fuse panel. If it comes unplugged the light will not come on. Mine fit very loose and unplugs easy. Ed you might take a look at this. This is what it looks like unplugged. It holds two small 5 amp fuses. Why two fuses is beyond me!

I emailed Dynatrac and they were very helpful. The Dynatrac Pro Roc 90 front differential takes 2.5 to 3 quarts of oil. I will replace the current remaining oil in the front diff with one of the Amsoil synthetics. Thanks everyone for the advice.
