E250 4WD Conversion

I have a 94, E250, SMB, 2WD. I bought an 08 F350 rolling chassie and would like to use the components to convert my van to 4WD. Does anyone have experience using the F350 coil buckets, radius arm brackets, etc on an E250? I’ve know there are kits available to add 4WD front axles to 2WD vans, but would like to use the F350 stock components rather than a kit if possible.
