Has anyone used polly bushing on the radius arm of a Quigley

I just made two new lower radius arm for my Quigley and using polly bushing from Ballistic, do you think their are any issues with them beening to soft or hard compared to the oem rubber bushings. What about the death wobble?

It turn out my lower arms are both bent, Instead of getting new ones I decided to make new ones using parts from Ballistic Joints and welded up some arms. I'm using a adjustable bushing so I can adjust the caster now. I'm not sure if I should replace the upper bushing at the same time?

You shouldn't have any issues, but they are harder than the factory rubber. Are they greasable?

Also, FWIW, those arms are "control" arms, not radius arms. A radius arm is one piece that locates the axle. What you have is a custom 5 link that uses 4 control arms to hang the axle.

Let's see some pics!!!!

Thanks for clearing up terminology, I should have known that! Yes they have zirk fitting on them but what grease do I use, do I have to grease them? I will try to get some photos. The total cost of parts for the two arms was 110.00. Quigley wanted 140.00 each. And I can adjust caster now..

No problemo! Just get in the habit of greasing them when you grease everything else. Regular grease is fine, nothing special. This would be a great product for guys that want to lift their Quigley a little and be able to set the castor properly.
