Hi everyone,
I was wondering if anyone has tested gas mileage with the hubs locked. Will I get worst gas mileage if I leave them locked? And if so how much worst? I live in Montana and getting out all the time to turn them on when needed is getting "old".... But then I don't like to pay extra money for gas...
Thanks for the info!

There will be a small decrease in your milage and the Hubs will not do well at sustained highway speeds ,foaming and the loss of your fluids can result . They are meant to be Locked at time's when you anticipate the lack of traction . this is the reason that you have this mechanical option . Although living in Montana during the Winter month's when driving condition's can be treacherous would probably be a good time to leave them locked .
