Interco Birddog Wheel

I was reading Peterson's 4 Wheel & Off-Road, Nov 2012 issue, about what I thought was a really cool new wheel... & in trying to do a little research on them, came across www.Pirate4x4.com
WoW, Thats one interesting CROWD

http://www.pirate4x4.com/forum/archive/ ... 88534.html

Well, I liked what I read in Peterson's, but I guess to those guys, I'm just one of those dorks who reads stuff & is also a Poser, because I Buy only nice Stuff! Yup & get this, I spent $5.99 on Peterson's, what a tool I am !!! All my "Gear" is Really Nice, because I hate Failure in the field or on Mtn.

In short; They think the Wheel is ugly & lame. Which is fine, I guess they feel it does'nt compare w/race off-road wheels. However, I don't know how they concluded this, cause the wheel is hardly available yet.

Because I'm not as hardcore as those rad crawler Dudes over there , I wondered if you Folks have any input.

I guess there is more info on Facebook, but I have a stalker ther so I dont tread those waters.

Ski-on !

Interco Birddog Wheel

Boy and I thought SMBs were expensive to outfit. Some of those rigs are way more.

Re: Interco Birddog Wheel

Those Rock Donkeys on Pirate can be less than friendly - there is some great information available and a handful of regulars are very knowledgeable, most of the others, not so much.

I am sure those are quality wheels. As to "fugly" that is a matter of personal taste - I'd like to see them in person before passing judgement.
