The stabilizer is equal to that of a F550 truck...sorry for the typo.
I spent a lot of time in Utah in and around Flaming Gorge.......we may cross tire tracks some day.

So finally got the steering stabilizer put on. Also the mechanic put in a spacer in the frame bump stop as it was hitting important things when near full compression. He also found a 2-3in crack where the engine frame mount connects the the bracket there. He welded that so it should be good.
I haven't had a chance to go off road yet but didn't notice any wobbles or feelings of the tire getting out of hand that existed before. I did notice that the steering feels much more connected to the steering wheel. Vans often feel a little "boat like", at least the used ones I've had over the years. This is a great improvement. I'll update if I do run into wobbles.

B1200,
Sounds good I hope that is what is needed.
Also remember I am using the internal wheel balancing system Counter Act.
Most experts (tire) don't think the wobble is balance related but I'm convinced that the larger stabilizer and the Counter Act are what has solved my issues. With the general condition of our highways I cringe every time I hit a pot hole at elevated speeds...so far so good.
Keep me posted..... and wobble free driving.

One was adding a steering stabilizer, which I plan to do. Also he said the ball joints were a little worn so I'm going to have that done. He did balance the tires, doing the inside and outside of the tires. I don't know if that is the same balancing procedure you refer to. I did notice a little less vibration in the steering wheel on the freeway.
He also suggested putting a reinforcement between the radius arm mounting brackets as the torque can twist the frame over time as van frames are not reinforced for 4x4 as trucks are. So I think I'll have that done.
The shop cannot do this work until August so I won't know until then what those changes will do. But I will still be watching out for the wobble to see if the balancing did the trick. I'll post any new info as it occurs.
Who is your mechanic in Ventura?

At Ventura 4x4. The guys name is Ruben. Seemed to be a nice guy. Willing to listen to your concerns. I think he knew what he was doing. He fixed my wobble problem and identified other things that needed maintenance.

I can't seem to make contact with Ruben...seems to be very busy.
I'm in the San Fernando Valley.
Is there any shops which someone can recommend for my suspension repair, updates ect.
I'm not limiting myself to the valley as you can see by my interest in Ventura 4X4.
Los Angeles county and surrounding areas. I just need a reliable shop.
