Good to hear you‘re making progress!
And more time also means more time to think about the next step :-) That‘s sometimes my issue being too quick ^^

I managed to get the other side on today. I am totally worn out now. My legs didnt wanna work anymore. I had to grab onto something everytime i tried to stand up. Truck sits about perfect now, no spacers or any cheating. I will post a pic or two tomorrow.

Always gratifying when you get this type of a project done. One point if it is level now, it will settle 1"-2 " . They greatest amount within the 6 months depending on the mileage you put on it.

I expected it will settle a bit. I think im going to get some angle plates to put between the springs and the axle to correct the pinion angle. But my body is aching terrible so i will wait a couple weeks before i do that. Since the spring are installed already it shouldnt be a big deal to add the plates, the U-bolts are brand new so they will come off easy.

Keep in mind the driveway is angled down towards the main road so the truck does sit just about perfect now. This is with approximately 7480 pounds on the drive axle.

It sits alot higher than it was previously. I think im going to locate some electric fold out steps to mount under each side door.

All things considered it rides better than i was expecting. However its still a 10.400 pound truck empty. Im going to take it to the cat scale now and weigh it again to see how the weight distribution has shifted now that the rear is sitting where it should be. I can tell driving it that it has shifted more weight forwards or something because my steering seems alot more managable.

Has anyone installed the nitrogen filled bump stop cylinders rather than trying to use old rubber bump stops after lifting your van?
