Longer Drag Link Adjusting Sleeve for E-Series 4x4?

I've been searching here and other forum trying to find a thread where someone talked about replacing their Drag Link Adjusting Sleeve from a stock F-Series to an aftermarket one that was slightly longer to engage the threads better on a F-Series drag link under a E-series 4x4 van conversion due to the wider frame rails. Does anyone know who that mfg was of the longer adjustment sleeve or have a link?

There might be a longer threaded tie rod end

Ran across this one but haven't tried it yet....

MOOG DS300041 Drag Link = 37 inches stud center to end (looks to be probably a bit too long or at least minimal room for adjustment one way.

MOOG DS300040 Drag Link = 34.16 Inches from Stud Center to End (the one I'm currently running)

This is probably a bit late for OP, but since the DS300041 length info may solve my problem, I should share that I have a MOOG DS80749 here and it's 34 1/2" in length, measured from the center of the stud to the end of the threads.

I'm pretty sure these are all 1" diameter with 1-16 threads. I don't know if the stud diameter ever changed.

This is the MOOG DS80749 measuring 34 3/4" from center to end
and the MOOG DS300041 measuring 37 1/4" from center to end

They are both 1" diameter with 1-16 threading.

Edit: the MOOG DS300041 does come with the anti-rotation bar as well.
