You can try car-part.com. Or last resort is buying the kit Ujoint sells. It's expensive though!

I don’t know what year truck to take one from, is it just plug and play, do I need a different boot? I haven’t found any info pertaining to the transfer case shifter.

All year NV271 shifters were same, I believe. They only variations are in spline count. I think the years are 2000 - 2007.

I knew the shift lever stuff had been sorted out before...
Here's a link to Jsweezy's thread that has part numbers and pictures. I'll copy the info and put it into our documentation and send out an updated version

Post #400 http://www.sportsmobileforum.com/for...-16958-40.html

I've also written up a good bit of info for how to set up a shift on the fly NV273 for those interested in a little wiring fun. Will be part of any future updates to the info packet.

I noticed on the parts list it has 1 M20 Trac bar bolt W706345-S439 and 1 M20 Track Bar nut W520117-S441, is this bolt and nut for the axle or frame side mount? and if its just for one side what bolt and nut goes in the other side? I need the hardware for the axle and frame mounts. I can't find a parts diagram anywhere online for a F250 axle. maybe I will just have to go to my Ford dealer.

The M20 bolt is for the frame side of the trac bar. The other side usually comes with a nut (when you replace the axle side ball joint).

The radius arm bolts and nuts are these...
N807659-S441 Nut -M18 radius arm nut
W709860-S439 Bolt - Radius arm axle mount
N806967-S439 Bolt - Radius arm rear mount

I got it now......... I just assumed the axle side mount was double shear and used a bolt and nut (thats what I get for assuming) it takes a ball joint (first time I have ever seen that) I need to look at a stock F250 just so I can have a picture in my head of how everything bolts up. right now I just have a pile of parts that I have never seen installed.

I'm trying to order all the parts I need at once so I can save on shipping.

Look through Jsweezy's builds. Pretty good pics of the front end put together.
