I used a set of '17 arms on a '15 axle. I looked at them pretty closely when I got them and couldn't find any significant changes to the parts other than some holes for clips that aren't used on the vans.

I've had an MG kit installed on my 2002 V10 for a bit over a year now. For various reasons I ended up with some extra parts. If anyone of you guys are around Denver, I'd make you a good deal to get them out of my garage. I'd rather not deal with shipping. PM me.

I've got a pair of cc880s springs with 200 or so miles on them. I ended up swapping to cc860s springs.

A set of unused ford front brake lines. DC3z-2078-L, DC3z-2078-H. I ended up using braided lines because I got braided lines for the sterling in the rear and I couldn't bring myself to mix and match.

I have an extra pair of bump stops... I might also have the brackets. MG was cool enough to toss these in with my bracket kit, but I had already ordered a set and procrastinated too long to return mine.

I have an extra aluminum 4x4 tail housing for a 4R100. I bought a cast tail housing but received the aluminum in error. I probably would have used it, but the seller just went ahead and sent me the correct one and didn't want to pay the return shipping on the incorrect one.

I also have a ford limited slip for the sterling 10.5. I never drove on this one, but previous owner of the axle claimed it had been rebuilt. The clutches are tight, and the rest of the axle was in great shape when I tore it down.

Also, FYI... I put a 2014 axle in my 2002 van and it turns out Ford made a lot of changes with their ABS system designs in those 12 years. A pair of 2004 F-Series wheel speed sensors was the secret to getting something that mounted to the axle and talked to the 2002 ABS system. As an added bonus, ford used the same connector, however the E-Series and the F-Series had the male and female connector swapped... so don't throw away your old wheel speed sensors as you might be able to reuse the connector on the van-side of the harness.

All

Not sure if this would be useful to any if you. I have the transfer case shifter lever kit that UJoint off-road sells. Contains all parts to put the shifter level on the np271(edit). I used an electronic transfer case when I did my build. It’s been taking up space in my garage.

Open to reasonable offers.

Rob

Edit kit is for NP271.

Interested in the group buy if it is still on.

I have a 2010 E350 6.0 I'm converting to a camper van and am curious what axle combination would serve me best given 35" tire size.

While visiting Oregon last week I had the opportunity to catch up with MG and get some much needed radius arms castor adjusters.

Don't know how to post pics, so click on above to see product. Any help posting pics onto forum would be appreciated.

Would anyone happen to have the tool sizes for the following hardware? Or have it handy to log it?
I'm going to go to the local pick-a-part and see if I can make a score but it might require some tools. Or it could be just looking on the ground under the right trucks and verifying with my thread checker.
Copy and pasted from page 2
1 M20 Trac bar bolt W706345-S439 $40.50
1 M20 Track Bar nut W520117-S441 $10.00

In one of our info emails, there is a torque list that has the tool size listed.

trac bar upper bolt is 30mm, radius arm bolt is 24mm, steering box bolts are 18mm...

Anyone looking for an axle set, this looks like something one could make an offer on. 2015, e-locker rear, low miles.

https://www.ebay.com/itm/2015-FORD-F...c1ee%7Ciid%3A1

no affiliation, just a decent deal since they come complete with brakes and lots of other little parts
