You can do that, but it’ll require some work like creating a new crossmember for the transmission, because the current crossmember would collide with the MG radius arm brackets (they bolt on to the same holes as the 4R75W crossmember brackets).

When doing the trans tail shaft swap, renew other parts as well like billet forward drum (full material instead of stamped metal sheet), Overdrive drum, frictions,…

Looks like the Bushwacker is only a stock size flare.

Looking for something to make a little more room for tire clearance.

For what they are, be prepared to pay handsomely for Bushwackers.

A couple questions, as I contemplate replacing my ‘05 Quigley 6.0 RB van with a newer E350 12’ or 14’ SRW boxvan.

1. Any frame differences with the E350 cutaway frame that would prevent using the Expo bracket kit?

2. Has anyone converted the later model drive train with a 6.2/7.0L and 6speed trans over to 4WD? Hopefully it’s a simple parts swap to adapt the 271 t-case.

You can find some builter in Island. But be prepaired that the parts are even more expensive than bushwackers.

1. Our brackets will fit the Eseries cutaway frame. There are not a lot of differences between those frames and the full body van frames. Mostly cross member differences towards the middle/rear of the frame. Up front, they are the same.

2. The manual shift t-case that fits the 6R140 is Part Number bc34-7a195-bb. These came in the 2011-2016 F-series gas trucks. I haven't had hands-on experience doing this swap yet but from my research, it looks like the Eseries comes with the fixed yoke tailshaft similar to the 4x4 trucks, not the longer slip yoke style. Which makes conversion easy from what I can gather.
