Our kit is designed with lift already in it. Your van will probably be approximately the same height it is now. We supply a pitman arm with the kit. The pitman arm from the truck chassis is not the same as the van. I will email you the kit information.

I recently installed these bump stops on my van
SSF-111-47 | SumoSprings Front for Ford F-250|F-350|F-450|F-550

I'm happy to report that they're worth every penny. Others with our kit installed have reported that they are happy with the results too. With the parts in this kit, they fit the van using the original bump stop mounting hole.

The only thing that is less reliable than a 6.0 is a 6.0 that's been yanked out of one truck and stuffed in another. If you're going to go through the trouble of doing an engine swap, why that one???

Any offroad shop that's built custom rigs would probably have the tools and experience. The reamer tool is under $100, commonly available. If you're not doing it with a really sturdy drill press or milling machine, you'll wipe out a reamer in no time. In other words...this isn't something that's done on the vehicle with a hand drill.
