Luckily we have Justin from HD-RV right next door. He wasted no time cutting the tank. He did a separate stream from his shop, its on my Ustream channel if you want to watch. We have a few extra tanks but had to shorten this one since it has a lock ring. Everything we have has the bolt in sending unit. Customer didn't upgrade to our aluminum tank.

And here it is! We of course have a punch list to finish up next week. Alignment, F shaft, oil filter relocation, rear skid, AMP steps, rear gears, and our usual delivery check list. This van is also getting a high top.

09 E350 6.0, 4" lift on 285/70/17 Toyo AT2's. Black Rock wheels, Aluminess F&R bumpers. Edited video should be done next week. We had 2 GoPro cameras taking pics every 5 seconds as well as a hand held.

Yep. There's no trickery. It was a diesel van.. So the fumes etc..are a non-issue..there was actually a little bit of fuel in the tank when I cut it open. You can do them just as fast on a gas van you just need to purge the tank with the inert gas of choice while working on it. No cleaning/ drying necessary.
